What does a music therapy individual session look like?
These can look many different ways and are based off of client’s goals and objectives. Some examples of sessions include songwriting, instrument experimentation, lyric analysis, playlist creation, meditation with music, learning an instrument and emotional expression through listening and active music playing.

What does a music therapy group session look like?
These can also look many different ways and are based off of group goals and objectives. Some examples of these are song shares, group song writing, group drumming, lyric analysis, music games, exploring shared experiences, validation, and instrument experimentation.
