Chrysalis is a growing private practice with a strong focus on mental health and wellness. We work in the mental health population in residential programs, outpatient programs, within senior living homes, memory care and with individuals seeking support. 

Requirements for applicants:

-Bachelor’s or beyond in Music Therapy at an accredited school

-Board Certified in Music Therapy or MT-BC eligibility with plans to sit for board test within the first 6months of hire

-Licensed as a Music Therapist in Washington State

-Must be willing to provide in person care in North Seattle, WA

-Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Experience with seniors and memory care is required. Experience within the mental health setting is preferred.

-Experience and knowledge in trauma informed care required

-Excellent writing skills

-Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills required
